What are the general Delivery and Payment conditions?

After confirming the order, a 50% advance payment needs to be received to proceed with  the order. When the goods are packed, the invoice will be sent with request for balance payment. The goods can be shipped upon balance received.

All orders will be transported and delivered under the incoterm EX-WORKS. Although we work under the incoterm EX-WORKS, we would be more than happy to organize your transport as we can offer competitive transport prices. This price will be put on your invoice without any surcharge.
